Let’s face it. When we hear there will be a change in the way our supervisor evaluates our job performance, it can be scary. We just hope the changes that are coming are helpful and fair.

I work for a Head Start and we negotiate our wages but I am looking forward to how this will effect us.
The article explains what/how the teacher evaluation is all about. I can see the benefit of this if it actually accomplishes what it sets out to do.
