Crystal Dozier, a third-grade teacher at Spaulding Elementary School in Clermont County, has received the 2012 Milken Family Foundation Educator of the Year Award. The honor, which carries a $25,000 unrestricted cash prize, is designed to promote education cultures in which every student can succeed, regardless of learning styles.
